Role Overview

• Manage and lead a group of 40 drivers to execute daily deliveries efficiently.
• Answer field customer calls, resolving issues to maintain 100% customer service levels.
• Ensure all store delivery time windows are met consistently.
• Work proactively with sales representatives and warehouse operations to align on customer and sales needs.
• Coach, lead, and develop drivers through minimum twice-weekly gate-to-gate route rides to boost productivity.
• Maintain process improvements to enhance delivery department efficiency.
• Enforce PBC safety standards via team meetings and training.

Success requires demonstrating strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills, alongside exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing frontline employees.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Prior delivery or transportation experience required.
• Valid driver's license mandatory; safe driving record strongly preferred; CDL Class A license preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically.
• Flexible schedule: Tuesday-Saturday work week, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
• Indefinite right to work in the United States.
