What you’ll achieve
The ideal candidate will possess: significant experience leading strategic sourcing projects and operational/process value generation initiatives and the vision and implementation skills required to operationalize supply chain excellence through people, processes, and systems.

You will:

• Have three-year rotation program in Procurement, Manufacturing & Operations, Logistics, understand the complete supply chain system;
• Complete the tasks assigned by team leader, collaborate with global team members on tailored projects;
• A robust support system includes Manager, Mentor, Advisor, Program director, Peer buddy and Executive sponsor;
• Have networking opportunities across the supply chain and leadership;
• Accelerate development through various trainings and leadership opportunities;

Essential Requirements

• Fresh Graduate or will graduate between 2025.11 and 2026.6, master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or applicable field will be preferred
• Relevant internship experience. Flexibility/adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Teamwork and collaboration, long-term leadership potential and exhibits leadership competencies. Excellent communication skills, good English proficiency in both verbal and written
• Curious and innovative mindset to seek alternative methods and tests status quo, and a strong desire to learn and take on broader responsibilities
• Data analysis skill (e.g. Power BI, Python etc.) is preferred
