We lead strategic and operational commodity teams, while developing supplier strategy, long-range plans and the optimization of the global supply chain. Our remit includes setting delivery performance goals and implementing procurement initiatives, and process improvements. We also oversee the planning and obtaining of materials, components, equipment and services for all parts of the business, including checking requisitions, developing new supply sources and ensuring best quality at best value from third parties.

What you’ll achieve 

As a Procurement Analyst, you will be a key player in driving cost reduction through strategic sourcing and analytical initiatives. You’ll apply problem-solving skills to identify, negotiate, and ensure best-in-class manufacturing costs across projects. You will also facilitate program management for new cleansheet initiatives, contribute to process modernization, and provide regular updates on strategic progress to leadership. 

This role offers the opportunity to influence global sourcing strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to shape key business decisions by guiding and optimizing commodity sourcing, cost management, and supplier partnerships.  

You will:

• Develop and maintain cost models for Laptop, Desktop, Servers components; collaborate cross-functionally to align outputs. 

• Support supplier negotiations and close cost gaps by identifying and driving improvements opportunities.  

• Track and coordinate strategic initiatives, providing timely updates and support to leadership and team members. 

• Leverage analytical and business insights to recommend and support strategic initiatives. 

• Act as a proactive, collaborative team member with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Essential Requirements 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering/ science field and expect to graduate between February 2025 to July 2026 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with foundational knowledge in cost modeling, financial analysis, and strategic sourcing. 

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with advanced analytical tools. 

• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment. 

• Exposure to mechanical manufacturing processes (e.g., sheet metal, stamping, injection molding) or procurement through internships, coursework, or projects. 

Desirable Requirements

• Experience or academic background in cost modeling, project management, or supply chain optimization is a plus. 

• Experience in strategic consulting, with a focus on cost management and supply chain optimization is a plus.
