What you’ll achieve  

「Next Generation Sales Academy（NGSA）」では、Dell Technologiesの営業組織で長期的な成功を収めるための集中的なプログラムに参加します。入社後Associate Inside Salesとして、テクノロジーと営業の両面から最高のトレーニングを受けます。その後、Inside Sales Representativeに昇進し、営業サイクル全体を担当し、売上目標を持つことになります。さらに、フィールドセールス、営業管理、専門的な販売職など、キャリアを次のレベルへ進める機会があります。

You will: 

• 顧客との対話や関係構築を通じて、営業とテクノロジー業界に深く関わり、収益を生み出す機会を見極める
• NGSAのマネジメントチーム、インサイドセールスチーム、フィールドセールスチーム、リニュアルチーム、との継続的な連携
• ホワイトボードコンペティション、グループメッセージコンペティションへの参加、目標指標の達成

Essential Requirements 

• 営業またはカスタマーサービスの経験が2年以上
• データセンター、生成AI、デジタルインフラ分野での成長と革新を推進する営業キャリアへの意欲
• 優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力
• 関係構築力と対人スキル
• 英語と現地言語（日本語）の両方に堪能で、多様な顧客やチームとの効果的なコミュニケーションが可能
• 学習意欲が高いこと
   

Desirable Requirements   

• 強い労働倫理、学習意欲、自発性、協調性、向上心、指導を受け入れる姿勢
• 他者に影響を与え、問題解決に向けて迅速に行動できる能力
• 営業、カスタマーサービス、コンサルティングなどの環境で顧客対応経験が2〜3年あり、優れたコミュニケーションと関係構築スキルを持つ
• Dell Technologiesのハブ拠点への転居と勤務が可能で、より高い協働とリソースへのアクセスを促進できる
• 営業またはテクノロジー分野での長期的なキャリア構築への真摯な取り組みと、継続的な学習・成長への意欲
