IT Technical Services Senior Analyst

What you’ll achieve
As an IT Technical Services Senior Analyst, you will be part of a team supporting production operations. This role operates on a two-shift schedule (morning and afternoon), and requires flexibility to support either shift depending on business needs.

You will:

• Support production and production overtime in terms of hardware and software required.
• Participate on UATs and PITs taking place outside typical production hours, when required.
• Be the local hands for centralized teams as cybersecurity, network, telecom.

Essential Requirements

• Windows knowledge at support level.
• Hardware knowledge for supporting it.
• Standard software as MS Office knowledge.
• 3-4 years experience on supporting users.
• Polish language native or advanced speaker.
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level (reading, writing and speaking) .
• Ability to make and maintain good working relationships with people.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge of network basics.
