The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) is a Service Area within T&T where professionals provides various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle, Technology Strategy and ServiceNow. The goal is to help clients achieve outstanding value from their enterprise technology investments with a holistic and strategic approach to technology transformation.

Work you’ll do

We are looking for a consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion BI Publisher (BIP) development and Integrations (OIC or REST/SOAP services). The role includes building reports, dashboards, data extracts, and integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with internal and external systems.

Skills Required

 BI Publisher (BIP) Development

• Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher reports, data models, templates (RTF, Excel), and bursting logics.
• Work with OTBI to build subject areas, analyses, and dashboards; convert OTBI into BIP extracts when needed.
• Create XML/Excel templates and manage layout customizations.
• Develop Transactional, Operational, Financial, and Audit reports.
• Understand Oracle Fusion security roles and apply data security filters in reports.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot BIP issues.

2. Oracle Fusion Integrations

• Work on integrations using:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• REST APIs / SOAP Web Services
• FBDI and ADFDI data loads.
• Develop integrations between Fusion and external applications (HR, Finance, SCM, Legacy Systems).
• Build integration flows including:
• File-based integrations (FTP)
• Scheduled orchestrations
• Event-based integrations
• Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support mapping, transformation, and orchestration design.

3. Technical Support & Documentation

• Work closely with functional teams to understand reporting and integration requirements.
• Prepare technical design documents (MD70), test scripts, and release documents.
• Participate in SIT/UAT cycles, fix defects, and support go-live.
• Provide post-production support for reports and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion technical areas.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP) report development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SQL & PL/SQL
• XML / XSLT
• RTF / Excel templates
• Experience with OIC OR Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with FBDI/ADFDI, HDL (good to have).
• Understanding of Fusion ERP/Finance/SCM data model (at least one pillar).
• Experience with troubleshooting performance/functional issues.
