Role Overview: 

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our Retail and Commerce Systems team. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions in our Salesforce instance. You will collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering leaders to translate business needs into efficient solutions within the system. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, test, and implement solutions in Salesforce. 
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering teams. 
• Translate business needs into efficient solutions within Salesforce. 
• Optimize our Salesforce environment for rapid growth. 
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. 
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. 

Must-Have Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 
• 3 to 7 years of software development experience. 
• 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API, and Force.com. 
• Good oral and written communication skills with excellent collaboration skills. 
• Ability to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours to collaborate with global IT and business team members. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in the manufacturing domain. 
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and 2 Certified. 
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls. 
• Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems. 
• Knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
