The team

The team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within Deloitte, spanning several business lines and various technology functions.  We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. We innovate conventional approaches, leveraging Deloitte technology, differentiated domain expertise, intellectual property, talent, and capacity to embed continuous advantage and deliver enhanced business value.

In this team, our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.

Role and responsibilities: 

Education- Any Bachelor’s /Master’s

• Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP VIM modules and related invoice processing solutions.
• Manage daily operations of the SAP VIM system ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize vendor invoice workflows.
• Oversee the integration of SAP VIM with other SAP modules (MM, FI, SRM, etc.) and third-party systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, reduce processing time, and minimize errors.
• Manage vendor onboarding and communication related to invoice submission and dispute resolution.
• Develop and enforce compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to invoice management.
• Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users and teams on SAP VIM functionalities.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolve system issues related to invoice processing and approval.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to invoice processing efficiency, accuracy, and cycle times.
