The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) is a Service Area within T&T where professionals provides various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle, Technology Strategy and ServiceNow. The goal is to help clients achieve outstanding value from their enterprise technology investments with a holistic and strategic approach to technology transformation.

Work you’ll do

Oracle Fusion Finance

Skills Required

• Lead end-to-end implementation of GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules in Oracle EBS R12.
• Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
• Configure ledgers, accounting setups, COA, tax rules, and reporting structures.
• Prepare BR100, MD50, and other AIM/OUM documentation.
• Coordinate data migration, testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), and end-user training.
• Collaborate with SCM and Projects teams for seamless financial integration.
• Support RICE components, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Provide post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement guidance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of Oracle EBS R12 Financials experience with at least two full-cycle implementations.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of business finance processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Financials certification preferred.
• Familiarity with FBDI/ADFDI, HDL (good to have).
• Understanding of Fusion ERP/Finance/SCM data model (at least one pillar).
• Experience with troubleshooting performance/functional issues.
