Key Responsibilities:

• Manage analytical work in relation to corporate finance, financial advisory and restructuring services
• Conduct data research, analysis, tabulation, and presentation to facilitate client engagements
• Assist managers with their portfolio of clients specifically in liquidation and restructuring work within the framework of Companies Act No. 7 of 2007
• Analyze financial statements and management information of companies in liquidation and restructuring
• Analyze creditor claims in compliance with the Companies Act and dealing with creditors
• Assist in assets inventory taking, managing, and disposal
• Draft reports and correspondence for managers review

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a reputed university.
• Part qualification from a recognized professional accounting body (CIMA-UK / ACCA-UK / CA-SL) will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of the English language with strong writing skills.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Passion and drive to learn and explore new areas of expertise.
