Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.      

 Your work profile:

As a Manager in our T&T Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across data, AI, and cloud platforms.
• Lead the design and development of Customer Data Platform (CDP) environments integrating multiple data sources.
• Define, implement, and enforce data architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Drive MLOps strategy, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices across environments.
• Provide guidance on microservices design, containerization, and orchestration.
• Implement data governance and privacy frameworks aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, and enterprise standards.

Technical Skills & Competencies

Data & CDP Architecture

• Proven experience designing and implementing CDP solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data lakes, and real-time data processing.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Data Lake Gen2
• Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)

Programming & Data Engineering

• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing and ML development.
• Experience with distributed computing and performance optimization.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deep expertise in Azure Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep).
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and deployment strategies.

AI/ML & MLOps

• Experience with Azure Machine Learning for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, AutoML, model governance).
• Familiarity with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Microservices & Architecture

• Expertise in microservices design and implementation using REST/gRPC.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes / AKS).
• Experience with API Gateway, service mesh, and security best practices.
