Required Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in business development, sales and client relationship management, in technology consulting or professional services Qualification in CIM or SLIM or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing or a related field An MBA would be an added advantage Proven track record of managing high (experience)

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and consistently achieve sales targets Identify, engage, and convert opportunities with new prospects and existing clients, managing the end
• end sales cycle Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding client’s business needs and providing tailored solutions as a trusted advisor Build, track and manage a high
• quality sales pipeline and use CRM tools to manage the sales process Collaborate closely with internal business function teams and marketing to design and deliver solutions that maximize client value Establish a strong market presence and build successful references in Sri Lanka and Maldives to strengthen brand credibility and drive portfolio expansion Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline health and progress on key initiatives to BU leaders and senior leaders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals
