About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Manager – SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning to lead the delivery of strategic planning and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and leadership capability to drive digital transformation initiatives within financial and operational planning domains. This role requires hands-on expertise in SAC Planning and Reporting, combined with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and guide teams toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with business and finance leaders to define planning and reporting strategies that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Architect and oversee the development of SAC Models, Dimensions, Data Actions, and Allocations to support complex enterprise planning scenarios.
• Drive the creation of Stories, Dashboards, and Digital Boardrooms that deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
• Establish and manage live and import data connections across SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless data integration.
• Supervise the configuration of data imports, transformations, and delta load processes for optimal performance and accuracy.
• Guide teams in leveraging Analytical Applications, Predictive Features, and Collaboration Tools within SAC to enhance business processes.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data modeling, performance optimization, and visualization design.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to project teams throughout all phases of SAC implementations.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation frameworks.
• Integrate SAC with SAP BW and SAP HANA environments where applicable to ensure unified reporting capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in delivering enterprise-level Planning and Reporting solutions.
• Proven success in at least Two full-cycle SAC Planning implementations.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, including requirements gathering and solution design.
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• SAC modeling and dimension design
• Data actions, allocations, and advanced formula development
• Story, dashboard, and analytical application design
• Data connectivity and integration (live and import)
• Solid understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet statements.
• Exposure to SAP BW and SAP HANA integration is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategic insights to technical and business audiences alike.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to innovation and quality delivery.
