Your work profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled 3DEXPERIENCE QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of solutions developed on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The role involves validating configurations, customizations, and integrations across ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA modules, along with functional and regression testing of PLM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for 3DEXPERIENCE applications (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
• Validate customizations, data model extensions, and workflows developed on the platform.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
• Review functional specifications (FS), technical specifications (TS), and user stories to derive test scenarios.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of PLM processes such as Part creation, Change Management, BOM management, and Configuration management.
• Perform API and Web Services testing (REST/SOAP) for integrations with external systems (SAP, Teamcenter, MES, etc.).
• Participate in system validation testing, UAT support, and defect triage meetings.
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA, ALM, or similar defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers and functional consultants to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support migration testing and upgrade validation activities.
• Prepare test summary reports, traceability matrices, and QA documentation.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA platform (2017x, 2019x, 2021x or higher).
• Knowledge of key modules such as Engineering Central, Change Management, and Configuration Management.
• Experience in writing SQL queries for backend validation.
• Familiarity with MQL commands and data model structure validation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM, or TestRail.
• Understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Exposure to CAD integrations (CATIA, SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Good understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and defect management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Certification in Software Testing (ISTQB/QA Certified) preferred.
• Prior experience in PLM systems testing (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia V6).
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
