• Generate optimal statistical demand forecasts for major accounts in partnership with Commercial, Finance, and customer teams.

• Monitor actual orders against forecasts, investigate variances swiftly, and adjust plans with Commercial agreement.
• Serve as the supply chain representative for PepsiCo Ivi/Tasty to key customers, managing service levels to their depots.
• Enhance on-shelf availability of products in customer shelves and depots.
• Lead projects such as promotional events, new product launches, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Provide timely analysis, guidance, and information to supply chain teams as the commercial-supply interface.
• Demonstrate integrity in building relationships with sales teams and customers to boost supply performance.
• Track obsoletes to minimize costs, informing teams and recommending actions.
