  • Address ad-hoc analytical requests by building programs, tools, data analysis, and visualizations in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Champion continuous improvement by automating core processes, such as case load management.

  • Proficiency in UNIX environments, shell scripting, VBA macros in Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong ability to analyze supply chain root causes, including shortages, sales performance, promotions, and seasonality.
