• Support weekly demand planning processes, including cuts review, bias analysis, outlier detection, and activity request forms.
• Identify drivers of statistical forecast errors and partner with forecasting teams to implement resolutions.
• Manage division innovation forecasts by reviewing raw case forecasts, adjusting planner codes, and aligning with sector strategy.
• Own the end-to-end UPC consolidation process for seamless operations.
• Collaborate with division teams to enhance forecast accuracy for B and C segments via disaggregation analysis and reporting.
• Address ad-hoc analytical requests by building programs, tools, data analysis, and visualizations in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Champion continuous improvement by automating core processes, such as case load management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience developing and implementing business analytics solutions (Bachelor’s holders).
• At least 1 year hands-on with statistical modeling/programming in SAS, R, or Python for demand forecasting.
• Experience handling large datasets with SQL queries in databases like Teradata, Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server.
• Proficiency in UNIX environments, shell scripting, VBA macros in Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong ability to analyze supply chain root causes, including shortages, sales performance, promotions, and seasonality.
• Proven collaboration with IT teams on system implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Familiarity with demand forecasting tools and processes.
