Qualifications & Requirements

• A Post Graduate Degree, preferably an MBA with a statistical background.
• 9+ years of experience in insights and analytics within the FMCG or food & beverage sector.
• Expert proficiency in Point of Sale databases (NielsenIQ, Circana, SPINs, One Click Retail) and household panel data.
• Advanced Excel skills; programming in Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong project and remote team management skills, structured problem-solving, and excellent organizational abilities.
• Fluent English communication for global collaboration.
