The Deputy Manager- PBNA TPM role is a pivotal position within PepsiCo's foodservice division, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. This junior analyst position handles complex contract setups, renewals, payments, and maintenance for current and new contracts. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Key Account Managers (KAMs), Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Finance, and PBNA Division Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Key focus areas include Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system operations, rebate calculations, volume validations, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial processes.   • Build and maintain working relationships with division teams, Sales (KAM/FSRs), and Finance to understand contract, payment, and legal processes.
  • Request, review, and maintain contract files; review Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) against contracts and resolve misalignments.
  • Setup contracts in TPM, including tactics for rebates, OTS funding, supplier numbers, and FOBO portions; send confirmations to owners.
  • Manage 3PO setups with quarterly BASE tactics, weekly performance reports, accrual adjustments, and final payment approvals based on net revenue growth and SKU compliance.
  • Handle contract rollovers by checking Volume Threshold (VTH) or auto-renewal clauses, attaching backups, and creating rollover tactics.
  • Monitor pending payments in TPM, validate volumes via ERT/PDP reports, calculate backups for DSD/PDP/Dual payments, and process approvals with KAM Managers.
  • Adjust automatic payments, attach invoices, send reminders, and close out non-payable tactics with proper documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience as a mid-level analytics professional, preferably in a leading consumer goods company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
