The Deputy Manager-Sales & Operations role in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a pivotal position within PepsiCo's Foodservice division. This junior analyst-level role focuses on managing complex contract setups, renewals, payments, and operational tactics for foodservice accounts. You will collaborate closely with Sales Key Account Managers (KAMs), Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Finance, and division SMEs to ensure accurate and timely execution of contracts. Primary duties revolve around TPM (Trade Promotion Management) system operations, including contract maintenance, rebate calculations, volume validations, and payment approvals. This position supports HBS West Division and PBNA, handling variations in processes across divisions based on Finance requirements.
As Deputy Manager-Sales & Ops, you will drive operational excellence through the following core responsibilities:
Expect to monitor pending payments, request reports from KAMs, adjust accruals 2-3 days before quarter-end, and deny non-qualifying payments while closing tactics appropriately. Documentation and email communications are critical for audit trails.
