Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll handle primary accountabilities as a Setups Analyst, ensuring seamless operations:

• Execute standard and expedited SAP setups in MDG, ECC, and master data tools to meet SLAs for innovations, reformulations, BCP, productivity, and sustain projects.
• Validate input data, reconcile postings, and confirm registrations align with market regulations and product specifications.
• Analyze product/formula changes to evaluate effects on SKUs, labels, and downstream processes; initiate necessary updates.
• Log, investigate, and escalate registration issues, partnering with MDG sustain, IT, and cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive MDG adoption through process adherence, job aids, automation initiatives, documentation, KPI updates, and status reporting in daily connects.
• Assist in training, develop super user capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders like RA, Commercialisation, Customer Services, Finance, Procurement, Productivity, BCP, and GPL.
• Adhere to PepsiCo Health & Safety policies and GCS standards.
