Description

• Support stakeholders in completing IT risk cards, ensuring all critical information is captured.
• Review and challenge risk documentation to guarantee quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
• Design and continuously improve processes for monitoring and tracking action plans, ensuring effective risk mitigation.
• Maintain up-to-date records of IT risks, including key metrics, alerts, and trends, to provide a clear view of organizational exposure.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and summaries for IT risk and control committees at Function, Business Unit, and Regional levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of accountability and proactive risk management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance risk reporting and monitoring, providing recommendations to improve processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IT operations and controls.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security principles, including Business Continuity, Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance (aligned with ISO 27000-series or equivalent standards).
• Experience implementing and managing IT control frameworks and conducting risk assessments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesise complex information into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in English;
• Proficiency in French (Plus);
