Description

• Experienced in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) administration, managing and optimizing environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures.
• Skilled in troubleshooting performance and application availability issues, ensuring seamless app delivery and user access.
• Proficient in Citrix NetScaler (Citrix ADC) management, including load balancing, application delivery, and secure remote access through TLS VPNs and multi-factor authentication, while monitoring and fine-tuning configurations for high availability, scalability, and security compliance.
• Focused on enhancing the end-user experience by optimizing Citrix policies, profiles, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient performance, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing user-driven improvements using tools like ControlUp to identify and resolve bottlenecks through real-time analytics.
• Experienced in ControlUp deployment and automation, configuring real-time monitoring, automating administrative and troubleshooting tasks, and using performance insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Committed to security and compliance, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards for data protection and access control, while using Citrix Director and ControlUp Insight for system health monitoring and performance reporting.
• Collaborates closely with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with enterprise systems, providing technical support and training to users and internal staff, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices for efficient system management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix CVAD (Virtual Apps and Desktops) and NetScaler (Citrix ADC), Citrix ADM and Citrix Workspace Environment Management.
• Hands-on experience with ControlUp for dashboard and real-time performance monitoring and
  troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs.
• Scripting skills Powershell.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in Citrix environments.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and train users.
• English.
• Citrix certifications such as CCP-V or CCE-V are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with other monitoring and virtualization tools like VMware.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
