Description

We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our team!

• Participate in the development and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony, as well as WordPress;
• Design and implement technical solutions based on business requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative Agile environment;
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient and reliable communication between systems;
• Create automation scripts using Python to optimize development workflows and system processes;
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes using tools like Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XL Release;
• Work in Linux environments, using shell scripting and deployment strategies to ensure smooth application delivery;
• Perform code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices;
• Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of learning, clean code, and technical excellence;
• Collaborate in the definition and improvement of development standards, tools, and best practices across the team;
• Identify and mitigate risks related to development and deployment processes;
• Maintain effective internal communication within the development team and across departments, supporting transparency and alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience in PHP development with Laravel or Symfony and WordPress
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Solid knowledge of API development and integration
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release)
• Good understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• French is a plus
