Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
  • Set up and improve programme management processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to align project outcomes with business goals.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting critical paths.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement across distributed teams and senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme management methodologies and standards.
  • Mentor and support project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex, multi-project initiatives within international and multicultural environments.
  • Extensive experience working directly with senior leadership and executive management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client-facing projects effectively.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, capable of documenting complex assumptions, risks, and commitments with clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and manage constraints across multiple project workstreams.
  • Strong adaptability to environments with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Certification in recognised project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (Agile).
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across different countries and time zones.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in French (plus).
