Description

• Requirements Gathering: Identifying data needs, extracting data for ad hoc analyses, and defining requirements for Data Warehouse/Datahub-C evolution.
• Data Management: Structuring and modeling data to create value and ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Business Support: Performing business analyses, executing data extractions for operations support, and identifying solutions for stakeholder needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Managing and communicating with stakeholders, and translating insights into recommendations.

Qualifications

• Up to 10 years of experience in a role similar to the one being contracted (Business Data Analyst).
• Demonstrated experience with Dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong command of the SQL language.
• Experience with Office tools, particularly advanced-level Excel (for complex analysis, modeling, and reporting).
• Experience and/or knowledge in Data Modeling principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with the SAS Enterprise Guide tool.
• Familiarity with the DOMO tool.
• Strong ability to process, interpret, and derive meaning from complex data sets.
• Effective communication for conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across different business units.
• Capacity to devise new and innovative approaches to data analysis and problem-solving.
• Self-starting attitude to identify opportunities and drive solutions without constant supervision.
