Description

• Technically lead the Salesforce development team.
• Design and architect complex solutions on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Manage and prioritize the technical debt backlog.
• Create and maintain technical application documentation.
• Manage infrastructure change requests.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and solve complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with global and business teams to define technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• Up to 10 years of experience, with a specialization and hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for custom Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Experience designing complex solutions and working on strategic projects.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;
• Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira tool and Confluence.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
