Key Responsibilities

• Defining & Leading our AI Transformation Offer: You'll be instrumental in developing, enhancing, and leading our comprehensive AI Transformation consulting services, from strategy to implementation.

• Driving Client Engagements: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders, identifying opportunities for AI to create significant business value and guiding them through their AI journey.

• Deep Dive into Cutting-Edge AI: Lead initiatives focused on Agentic AI, exploring and applying autonomous intelligent systems to solve real-world problems.

• Shaping Data Strategy & Governance: Advise clients on building robust Data Strategies and implementing effective Data Governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

• Navigating AI Ethics & Responsible AI: Champion the principles of AI Ethics and Responsible AI throughout all engagements, ensuring our solutions are fair, transparent, and accountable.

• Building & Mentoring a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of top-tier AI consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

• Thought Leadership & Market Presence: Represent Devoteam as a thought leader in AI, speaking at industry events, publishing insights, and contributing to our market visibility.

• Business Development: Collaborate with our sales and account management teams to identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our AI footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role within AI/Data consulting, with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI transformation projects.

• Deep expertise in Agentic AI concepts and applications.

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing Data Strategies and Data Governance frameworks.

• A solid understanding of AI Ethics, Responsible AI principles, and their practical application.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop technical teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Portuguese is a plus.

• A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
