Your mission as HR Business Partner at Devoteam Belgium ? You will be part of a passionate HR team where your input and dedication will be appreciated.  You will be the first contact point for one or more practices, and in charge of taking care of the teams and consultants you are responsible for.  Your main goal will be to work on motivation, retention, coaching, generating good vibes in the company.  Together with our HR  team, you will be guiding our consultants on their career path within Devoteam.

What will your new challenge  look like?

• You follow up on the onboarding of new  colleagues from Business Support during the first months.
• You are the first contact point for all Business Support employees concerning HR issues. You keep regular contact with them and build a good trust relationship with them.
• You support the consultants of your teams with the preparation of interviews at the client.
• You will be a key partner for your unit managers on topics like performance, career evolution and training of their employees. You will guide them and support them on all HR topics like retention, training, compensation and benefits,social legislation,  etc.
• Together with the L&D team, you will follow up the training needs for your departments.
•  You will participate in the implementation of different projects AI, etc) and in the continuous  improvement of our HR policies and processes.
• You are responsible for the necessary reports/comments/follow up of your divisions.
• You will be active in our Global Workday community (our group HR platform) and will take a leading role in implementing changes in the different processes relying on the platform (performance, learning, organisation structure, reporting, etc)
• You will take an active role in employee well-being initiatives and in the building of employee communities
• You are the contact person for the recruitment team for questions on candidates for your unit.
•  As  HRBP you will stay up to date regarding the evolution of HR trends and practices. 
•  You are working closely together and share best practices with your colleagues HRBP and with the People & Culture Director.  
• You will report directly to the People and Culture Director.

Wouaw ! You also have the right experience if

• You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
• An experience in a consultancy context is a strong plus.
