Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow on-premise servers.
• Manage Linux operating systems and ensure server performance and stability.
• Administer databases including MySQL and Oracle.
• Configure and maintain load balancers, networking components, and SSL certificates.
• Monitor system health and perform troubleshooting to ensure high availability.
• Implement security best practices and manage patches/updates.
• Collaborate with application and IT teams to support platform enhancements and upgrades.

Key Competencies:

• IT Infrastructure Management
• Linux Administration
• Database Administration (MySQL & Oracle)
• Networking & Load Balancers
• Security & Certificates Management
• Preferred Certificates:
• CIS (Certified Information Systems)
• Any relevant ITOM or ServiceNow certifications

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Education: Any degree related to IT or Business
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in implementing IT infrastructure best practices and security policies.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
