Responsibilities

- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical   solutions.
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging Red Hat Open Hybrid Cloud (Red Hat     OpenShift, Red Hat Advanced Cluster Manager for Kubernetes, OpenShift AI, Ansible Automation Platform).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures and design patterns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Red Hat technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Red Hat Solutions Architect with a strong focus on OpenShift and  Ansible Automation     Platform.
- Deep understanding of containerization, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with other Red Hat technologies (e.g., Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Directory Server,...)

- Fluent in Dutch/French and a good level of English. 

Bonus Points:
- Certifications in Red Hat Technologies (RHCE/RHCA, OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform,...)
- Contributions to open-source communities.
