Key Responsibilities You Will Own:

• Leadership & Strategy: Define, evolve, and scale our Microsoft AI & Copilot service offering. Act as the internal and external Thought Leader for AI-driven transformation, mentoring and growing a future team.
   
• Expert Solution Architecture: Design and architect robust, end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, BI), and advanced Azure AI services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services). Ensure strict adherence to enterprise-grade security and governance standards.
   
• Client Engagement & Advisory: Lead high-stakes workshops, discovery sessions, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) with our most strategic clients, crafting actionable technical roadmaps and influencing senior stakeholders.
   
• Delivery Excellence: Oversee complex implementation projects, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Data, Cloud, Security) to deliver integrated, best-in-class solutions.
   
• Innovation & Evangelism: Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving Microsoft AI roadmap. Represent Devoteam M Cloud as a recognized expert in industry events and thought leadership initiatives.

What You Bring: The Microsoft Expert Profile

We are looking for a certified expert with a minimum of 8+ years in IT Consulting, including 3+ years focused specifically on Microsoft AI and Power Platform.

Core Technical Expertise:

• Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the entire Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform suite.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services, and Machine Learning capabilities.
• Solid grasp of data architecture, cloud security, and compliance requirements in modern cloud environments.

Qualifications

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent high-level Azure AI certification.

Consulting & Leadership Skills:

• Proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise solution architecture and digital transformation projects.
• Exceptional ability to lead client engagements, influence senior business and technical leaders, and translate vision into reality.
• Experience in building or significantly contributing to the scale of technical practices or competency centers is a strong advantage.
