Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building strong commercial relationships;
• Lead and mentor a team of 20 consultants, handling career development, performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching;
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities (farming) and encouraging further automation initiatives within current clients;
• Take full responsibility for the financial management of projects, including invoicing, revenue reporting, margin control, and timesheet validation;
• Lead pre-sales activities, performing project sizing, technical estimation, and solution design for proposals;
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on automation projects, ensuring excellence in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate implementations;
• Collaborate with HR to monitor team satisfaction and ensure a positive work environment;
• Manage the balance between technical delivery quality and commercial targets;
• Promote knowledge sharing and alignment with the company's strategic values.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in technical positions, with a strong background in Automation and/or Power Apps;
• Proven experience in leadership positions, with the ability to manage and coordinate teams;
• Strong technical knowledge of RPA - critical focus on UiPath. BluePrism and/or Automation Anywhere is a plus;
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps:
• Experience in Project Management and Financial Management (P&L, invoicing, reporting);
• Demonstrated ability in Pre-sales, including project sizing and commercial proposal creation;
• Strong capacity to create, establish, and foster commercial relationships with clients.Collaborative and empathetic mindset, but result-oriented and business-driven;
• Relevant certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Microsoft Power Platform, PMP, or Scrum Master) are valued;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Fluency in French is a plus;
• Availability for a Hybrid work model for Lisbon or Porto is a strong plus.
