Description

• Develop the testing plan.
• Test Execution: Perform manual and/or automated tests to evaluate the functionality, performance and overall quality of a product.
• Defect Management: Identify, document and track defects by working with developers to resolve them.
• Ensure that the team follows test standards, guidelines and methodologies as specified in the testing strategy.
• Be responsible for managing the overall test effort and deliveries, working with the testing team to ensure that tests are performed on time and within budget.
• Manage the test environment, test data preparation, test tools and test automation implementation.
• Work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan the various test phases.
• Review tests to ensure they meet entry and exit criteria.
• Act as the main point of contact and scheduling for questions related to tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas.
• Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Testing, Integration Testing and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in testing in the area of Human Resources (HR) is a differential.
• Experience with Testrail is a differential.
• Strong analytical capability and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems, offering appropriate solutions to customers.
• Fluent communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
