Description

  • Lead and contribute to Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations in complex enterprise environments.

  • Design, configure, and optimize Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and Service Territories.

  • Configure and manage Optimization Engine, Skills-based Routing, and advanced scheduling scenarios.

  • Ensure efficient field workforce management, including route planning, SLA tracking, and real-time monitoring.

  • Produce and analyze Service Reports to support operational decision-making.

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Lead and support functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and project goals.

  • Participate in and support system integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.

  • Contribute to solution design, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 2 years working with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).

  • Proven experience in at least two end-to-end FSL implementation projects in complex environments.

  • Advanced knowledge of:

    • Work Orders

    • Service Appointments

    • Scheduling Policies

    • Service Territories

    • Optimization Engine

    • Service Reports

    • Skills-based Routing

  • Strong understanding of field service best practices, including workforce management, route optimization, SLA management, and real-time operations.

  • Experience leading functional and technical teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Solid experience with integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in hybrid and collaborative environments.
