Description

As a Project Manager at Devoteam Middle East, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will lead project planning, coordinate resources, manage risks, and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Your role will involve overseeing project performance, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Additionally, you will contribute to improving project management practices and governance within the organization. This is a key position for an experienced project manager looking to drive impactful projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring projects are within budget.
• Address any scope changes or risks with effective management techniques.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure resources are aligned and available for project success.
• Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to ensure minimal project disruption.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Track project progress, adjust plans when necessary, and ensure goals are met.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Contribute to refining project management practices and governance, enhancing project delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing business-related projects.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
• Should be a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Project Management.
• Experience in managing government projects, with a strong background in PMO (Project Management Office) setup..
• Experience in VRO’s, PMO, or TMO (structure and procedures, etc.) is advantageous.
• Project Management related Certification is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluently spoken in Arabic and English.
