Description

  • Design and develop robust, scalable integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and Oracle Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Create and maintain web services (SOAP and REST) to facilitate communication between retail and e-commerce systems
  • Implement complex data transformations using XML, XSLT, and XPath
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data integration and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective integration solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
  • Implement best practices and design patterns for Oracle SOA development
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Oracle SOA and e-commerce integration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Oracle SOA development.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and Oracle Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Expertise in web services development (SOAP and REST).
  • Advanced knowledge of XML, XSLT, and XPath.
  • Knowledge of Apigee or similar API management platforms.
  • Familiarity with streaming and messaging frameworks (Kafka, Solace, etc.).
  • Understanding of GitOps principles (GitHub, CI/CD, etc.).
  • Experience with retail and e-commerce integration projects
  • Familiarity with common integration patterns and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Oracle SOA Suite certification is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of retail and e-commerce business processes and systems
