Description

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud for retail and e-commerce clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Optimize existing e-commerce platforms to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to e-commerce implementations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and Salesforce Commerce Cloud updates
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Ensure adherence to best practices in e-commerce development and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud in retail and e-commerce environments
• Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• In-depth understanding of e-commerce best practices and industry trends
• Experience with API integrations and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification (preferred)
• Experience with other Salesforce products (preferred)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferred)
• Familiarity with mobile commerce (preferred)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
