Description

We are looking for a senior project manager to organizes, and coordinates the most complex IT transactions. As such, there is a site carve-out work requiring separation of two companies IT footprint from the divested location while securing the company data and enabling the migration of the transferred assets. There will be significant work related to the execution of the TSA services.

The sites requiring to be carved-out can be in different lifecycle status (Due Diligence, Day-1 Preparation, Separation, Close out phase).

High level description of services to be provided by hired PM:

• • Coordinate the company services to separate from a divested site while collaborating with the Buyer to enable their integration plan.
  • Support CSV documentation of each of the project’s documentation in accordance with the Program Quality plan (incl. Project Charter, URS, Test Scripts, Test Results / Evidences, Acceptance Report).
  • Drive collaboration with company internal DD&IT organizations ISC, PQM, ERP, OPS, P&O IT and M&A IT to ensure the weekly status reporting is documented for each project.
  • Run the application disposition process for each project. To ensure the divested sites are removed from the company applications landscape.
  • Run the data extraction process for all the application in scope of Data Migration Plan for each project.
  • Lead discussion with the Buyer, the company Business & the ERP team to scope, plan, and budget the Business Data Extraction work hosted in the ERP system.
  • Lead discussion with the Buyer, the Novartis Business & the company OPS IT team to scope, plan, and budget the Business Data Extraction work hosted in the OPS systems.
  • Lead discussion with the Buyer, the company Business & various IT teams to identify the satellites applications used and if there is a data extraction need. Navigate the organization and drive the Data Extraction Work.
  • Ensure the project financials are up-to-date in the reporting systems (incl. UBM).

Qualifications

• 10 years plus experience as a project manager
• experience to work within the international environment
• previous experience with data, infrastructure and application migrations
