We are looking for a trusted technical advisor for our clients digital transformation journey with ServiceNow.

In your role as a Platform Architect, your expertise in successful ServiceNow projects will be a strong asset to make informed technical decisions that align with a client's desired business outcomes. You will play a key role in raising the bar on quality and continuously promote the growth and development of the many teams by acting as both a mentor and coach.

In addition to your technical expertise, it is essential to possess demonstrated experience in management consulting and professional services, enabling you to go beyond technical matters and provide comprehensive support.

What you will do:

• Establish a comprehensive technical architecture and implementation strategy that lays the groundwork for long-term success across the entire enterprise.
• Promote standardization and implement best practices in platform management, so you can prioritize value delivery and concentrate on delivering tangible goals.
• Build technical governance to ensure optimal platform performance and mitigate long-term technical risks.
• Facilitate swift upgrades to incorporate new features and innovations that generate new value.
• Institute a dedicated platform team with a primary focus on delivering value and fostering innovation.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and take the lead in pursuing clients to generate new business.
• Take a leadership role and make valuable contributions to significant sales opportunities by creating a statement of work (SOW) that outlines the scope of the solution, estimates the associated costs and staffing efforts, and establishes the project timeline.
• Develop a trusted relationship with executives of the client organization.

Qualifications

Technical Experience

• A strong background of ServiceNow knowledge
• Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture
• Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA) 
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
• Two other ServiceNow disciplines (CIS in CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM etc.) 
• ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation
• Involvement in environment and platform health support (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)
• A solid understanding in addressing and rectifying configurations that do not adhere to ServiceNow's best practices
• Built a technical governance processes
• Contributed to the development of standards and practices for effectively managing the ServiceNow architecture model
• Design of a platform operating model
• Enterprise vision of integrating ServiceNow Platform into the ecosystem of a client
• Engaged in the technical evaluation of requirements in relation to the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and industry best practices
• Fluent in Dutch/French and a good knowledge of English
