Description

As a Talent Attractor Trainee at Devoteam, you will be trained on best practices in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on talent sourcing and candidate engagement. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and support hiring the right talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Interest in recruitment, people engagement, and talent sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
