Description

• Develop and implement Tibco-based solutions to support our telecommunications infrastructure;
• Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using Tibco BusinessWorks and related tools;
• Integrate various systems and APIs to ensure seamless communication across our telecom platforms;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Optimize existing Tibco applications for improved performance and scalability;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Tibco technologies and telecom industry trends;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards;
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Tibco development, preferably in the telecommunications industry;
• Strong proficiency in Tibco software suite, including BusinessWorks, EMS, and BW6;
• Solid programming skills in Java, C++, and XML;
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications protocols and systems;
• Experience with API development and integration;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Strong understanding of database management systems;
• Tibco certifications are preferred.
