Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on customs, import/export regulations, and trade compliance
- Draft and review contracts related to regulatory affairs
- Support regulatory filings and interactions with government agencies
- Advise on risk mitigation for international trade matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance programs
Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
- 5+ years of experience in customs, international trade, or regulatory law
