About the Role

As a Co-pack First Line Manager at DHL in Derby, you will lead frontline operations in our dynamic co-packing facility, ensuring seamless execution of packing and distribution processes. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of £32,157 (Grade N) and features rotating Monday-Friday shifts from 0600-1400 or 1400-2200, with essential flexibility required during peak periods to meet surging demands. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee a team of co-pack operatives, driving performance, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment at our DE74 2BB site.
