About the Role

As a Flow Shift Manager (Nights) at DHL, you will play a pivotal role in driving the seamless operation of our logistics hub during critical overnight hours. Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of goods, ensuring timely processing, sorting, and dispatch to meet demanding customer expectations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing warehouse throughput, minimizing delays, and upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising shift teams, monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting operational bottlenecks, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to align night operations with daytime activities, ensuring smooth handovers and overall supply chain integrity. With a shift pattern of any 5 from 7 days—predominantly Sunday to Thursday from 10pm to 6am—this role demands resilience, quick decision-making, and a proactive approach to leadership.
