About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• 每天按时导出银行日记帐
• 准确销账并核对销账报表，按要求及时发送销账报表。及时更新到帐信息，及时回复邮件
• 根据开票申请人提交的开票信息及时开出税务发票
• 根据要求整理和保管已开税务发票（含正常开具和作废发票）
• 根据要求完成内部发票和其他文件交接，并及时寄送
