Key responsibilities include promptly responding to IT support tickets via phone, email, or chat; diagnosing and fixing common IT issues such as password resets, software installations, and peripheral setups; escalating complex problems to senior IT teams; documenting resolutions in the ticketing system; and contributing to user training to prevent recurring issues.
