  • Seek cooperation with large and medium-sized enterprise customers and develop potential clients
  • Plan and manage small and medium-sized enterprise customers
  • Establish rapport with customers, gain trust by understanding their business and market
  • Assess the type and scale of customer needs
  • Provide solutions using industry knowledge based on customer needs
  • Invite customers through product trade and seminars to share the latest regulations and product information, maintaining customer relationships
  • Collaborate with customers within Deutsche Post DHL Group using various sales channels in the network, provide marketing strategies and full supply chain services to meet customer needs
