As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll contribute throughout the entire process—from the first idea to the final implementation—by designing intuitive digital experiences that improve everyday workflows and deliver real value.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring your ideas to life, support the development of interactive prototypes, and ensure every design meets real user needs.

What You’ll Do 

• Design and continuously improve user-centric applications 
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and related tools 
• Help maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency 
• Collaborate in agile teams with developers, product owners, and stakeholders 
• Present and communicate your ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Apply UX methods like personas, user journeys, or design thinking workshops as needed 
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points 
• Consider accessibility (e.g. WCAG) in your designs to ensure inclusivity and usability for all users 

What You Bring 

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI or graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio
• A good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and design thinking 
• A solid eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and strong interaction design skills 
• Proficiency in Figma and other common design/prototyping tools 
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing 
• A proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit and open communication style 
• Empathy for users and the ability to accept and give constructive feedback 
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus 
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end technologies
