Role Overview

This 6-month Digital Marketing & Activation Internship (Stage - Assistant(e) Marketing Digital et Activation H/F) starts July 1, 2026, in Colombes (92705), France. Reporting to the Media Manager and collaborating closely with the Digital Manager, you’ll join the Total Connection Planning (TCP) team. Work with marketing teams to deploy and analyze digital campaigns for powerhouse brands like Lay’s, Doritos, Benenuts, Lipton Ice Tea, Pepsi, Cheetos, and Alvalle. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end digital media activations on social networks, Video on Demand (VOL), programmatic advertising, from briefing to deployment and performance review.

  • Contribute to brainstorming for influencer campaigns and innovative digital special operations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key digital partners including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Create or adapt digital-specific content in partnership with marketing, local creative agencies, and digital platforms.
  • Participate in developing 2026 communication strategies through briefing processes.
  • Monitor brand e-reputation using dedicated tools and perform ad-hoc competitive digital intelligence, distributing findings to relevant teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

We’re looking for a creative, digitally native candidate from a BAC+4/5 program in Business School or equivalent university curriculum. You thrive with marketing sensitivity, a passion for digital trends, and prior experience in digital marketing, project management, or media agencies is a plus. Key traits include excellent interpersonal skills, strong project management, analytical and synthesis abilities, rigor, creativity, organization, and insatiable curiosity. You must be fluent in English (mandatory for international collaboration) and proficient in spoken and written French for daily interactions with francophone partners.
