Reporting to Marketing Ops, you'll collaborate with Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering, and Growth Analytics teams to ensure MongoDB measures the right data for explosive business growth.
Based in Austin, Texas or Chicago, Illinois for our hybrid model, or remote within the United States, this position leverages MongoDB Atlas—the world's most widely available, globally distributed, multi-cloud database platform. Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
- Own Identity Graph mastery: Architect, implement, and maintain MongoDB-powered Identity Graph with scalable data pipelines connecting customer touchpoints across channels.
- Marketing Touchpoint Repository leadership: Drive query optimization, ensure 99.9% data availability, and define ironclad SLAs using Trino and MongoDB aggregation frameworks.
- System integration expert: Lead integrations from Data Warehouse to Digital Ops including Mixpanel events, Ad Ops conversions, and real-time MongoDB Atlas syncing.
- Infrastructure innovator: Partner with Marketing Technology Architect to define scalable best practices for MongoDB-backed Digital Ops infrastructure.
